About Your PIN

If you have never logged in to your account, your PIN will be the default changeme or the last four digits of your phone number. If you have any difficulty logging in, please call the Circulation Department at 630-232-0780 x 222.

To Change Your PIN:

Click the "My Account" tab on the top of this page
Click "User PIN change"
Type in your 14 digit barcode number (no spaces) and your PIN. Click "Login"
Type your current PIN
Choose and type a new PIN
Retype the new PIN to confirm and click "Change PIN"
