Our site evaluation of the Cetron property is ongoing. Our due diligence period has been extended to August 2, 2013. This will grant us sufficient time to conduct testing needed to give the board a full understanding of any environmental risks on the land. Our contract with the purchaser is constructed to allow us an “out” if we learn that there are environmental conditions on the property that would be cost prohibitive to address. Our new closing date is now August 9, 2013.
